• Collections keeps track of your discoveries and collection progress.
• BBQ and crafting table placement now checks ground, footprint and clearance. Invalid replacements keep your existing station.
• More compact inventory cards, a centered inventory heading, selection animation and improved pause visibility.

This update preserves your Beta 1.1 save profile. Apple Silicon and Intel Macs are supported.

Today's update makes crafting clearer, tools feel more worn-in, and island exploration easier to read.

Crafting & cards

• Five crafting categories: Tools, Food, Materials, Placeables and Editor Cards.
• Better-spaced cards, selection lift and jiggle, clearer count bubbles, a larger result card and improved sleeving.
• Itemized receipts show missing materials, or the cost of crafting available sub-parts for you: 5 coins per item produced.
• A crafting Main Menu shortcut (H) and compact, relevant controls.
• Editor cards stay in the editor hand instead of the regular gameplay hand.

Exploring the island

• Tent placement checks nearby suitable ground; the tutorial suitcase sits outside your placed tent.
• Ground trails are restricted to requested navigation and intended tutorial guidance.
• The map stays anchored to your view and lowers while you walk.
• Improved swimming-to-shore exit behavior with safe climb-out and collision checks.

A little more polish

• Axe, pickaxe, shovel and fishing rod models gain progressively darker, tool-colored cracks after half their durability is used.
• Nighttime Field Guide pages use warm ticket-tan paper, darker ink and clearer icons.
